Shipping Policy
UZMN currently operates exclusively within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Checkout will automatically block shipping addresses outside Abu Dhabi.
1. Flat Rate Shipping Fee
All qualifying orders placed on the UZMN website incur a flat shipping fee of 25 AED per order, automatically calculated and added during checkout.
2. Made to Order Production Timelines
Because all products are Made to Order, production begins immediately following purchase verification. Standard production lead time is typically 2–5 business days depending on layer complexity and geometric volume.
3. Address Verification & Courier Dispatch
Customers must provide accurate villa/apartment numbers and district details in Abu Dhabi. Upon completion of production, our internal express courier will deliver your package directly to your doorstep with tracking notifications via SMS/email.
