1. Made to Order Manufacturing Policy
Because each product is individually manufactured upon client order in Abu Dhabi with custom chosen colors and materials, orders cannot be cancelled once status transitions to IN PRODUCTION.
2. 3D Printing Layer Lines & Micro Variations
Additive manufacturing (3D printing) naturally creates subtle layer lines and tactile surface textures inherent to the digital craftsmanship process. Minor variations in micro-texture or color shading are hallmarks of authentic 3D printed art and do not constitute defects.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that your product arrives damaged during transit in Abu Dhabi, please contact UZMN Concierge within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will inspect and immediately reprint and replace your item free of charge.
